Working with women

Until the last year I'd never had a woman boss or worked in a company with more than 20% women. God damn.

I thought I was redpilled on the WQ but I was clueless. It's clear to me now that maybe 10-15% of women MAX should be participating in the useful part of the economy.

Example. My manager, high enough in a pretty capitalist industry of real estate development spent a good half her day sending vapid emails congratulating people for every tiny task they completed or setting up a meeting to talk about “leadership styles” and “improving our team communication” . Totally focussed on office politics and completely allergic to making a decision or usefully contributing to the actual task at hand. Luckily there is nowhere to hide in this company so she was sacked for being useless and I'm now getting twice done in half the time.

It made me realise that while in this case the rubber hit the road, but in most situations it never does. Like govt or the inner cogs of big orgs - you can just carry on wasting time for decades and nobody will ever get pissed enough to do anything about it.
